Ms. Amarpreet Kour Dutta leads Human Resources at Midland with over a decade of experience across law and people operations. A trained lawyer, she transitioned into HR after practising at the Honourable Court of Jammu and Kashmir, and now oversees a range of critical functions including:

  • Employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and separation
  • Disciplinary and grievance redressal frameworks
  • Escalation and compliance mechanisms

She also serves as Chairperson of the Internal Committee on Prevention of Sexual Harassment and acts as Midland’s Whistleblower Officer.

Ms. Dutta’s people-first approach, combined with sharp execution and policy expertise, plays an essential role in nurturing Midland’s culture of integrity, safety, and care.

Ms. Sandhya has built a diverse career spanning CSR, Operations, Training, PR, and Customer Grievance Redressal. At Midland, she is known for developing impactful CSR programmes that align with the evolving needs of the community.

Her expertise in event planning, PR, and stakeholder engagement has significantly expanded Midland’s outreach. With a people-first mindset, she also plays a central role in customer grievance resolution, ensuring trust and transparency in service delivery.

Dedicated and strategic, Ms. Sandhya continues to be a vital link between Midland’s community initiatives and its broader mission of inclusive growth.
