Starting as a Branch Junior Executive after completing my B.Com, I’ve grown to become an Assistant Regional Manager. The platform Midland has provided has taught me invaluable skills such as team management, financial management, problem-solving, and effective communication, which have enhanced my financial decision-making and understanding of the economic landscape.

I appreciate the company’s flexible policies, allowing me to pursue my education alongside my job. I’ve completed my M.Com and am now in the final semester of my MBA.
