He introduced centralized credit sanctioning and digital disbursement, enhancing efficiency and convenience for customers. As a Director in Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN), he contributes to industry standards and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Chander Shekher, with over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, serves as the Senior Vice President in the Risk Monitoring Department at Midland Microfin Ltd. His career includes pivotal roles at Allahabad Bank, Axis Bank, Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd, and Swabhimaan Finance Pvt Ltd. He holds an MCA from Madras University and a PGDCA from Jammu University.
