Ms. Amarpreet Kour Dutta

Meet Ms. Amarpreet Kour Dutta, Senior Manager – Human Resources at Midland Microfin Limited. With a distinguished academic background in law (LLB and LLM Hons.), Ms. Dutta brings a unique blend of 9 years of experience to her role.
Prior to joining Midland Microfin, she practiced law for 2 years in the Honorable Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu. She has since spent 7 years in the HR domain, leading the Employee Life Cycle Vertical in the HR department. Her expertise includes:
- Separation, retention, and exit formalities
- Employee disciplinary desk
- Grievance redressal and escalation resolution
Additionally, she serves as a member of the POSH committee. Ms. Dutta excels in communication, problem-solving, and robust execution, complemented by understanding of HR functions. Her diverse experience and skills make her a valuable asset to our team.

She is skilled at planning and executing events with precision, managing everything from budgeting to on-site coordination. Her strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in marketing and public relations significantly enhance the organization’s impact and reputation. She has also played a crucial role in developing Social Media Strategies and running various campaigns across different platforms.
