Mr. Maninder Kumar has been an integral part of Midland Microfin Limited since its inception in November 2010, bringing 14 years of enriched experience in the Microfinance industry. His expertise lies in designing processes, policies, and products, and he plays a crucial role in driving backend business operations, credit, compliance, analytics, and risk analysis tasks. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President-Credit, Mr. Maninder leads efforts in credit monitoring, risk analysis, and developing methodologies to establish risk appetite. His contributions in updating, implementing, and suggesting policies and procedures aligning with the company’s business targets and risk management goals.
MR. Vinod Kumar Maheshwari

With over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology and digital innovation within the financial services sector, Mr. Vinod Kumar Maheshwari brings a future-focused mindset to his role at Midland Microfin Limited. As Head of Information Technology, he leads Midland’s technology transformation, ensuring the organisation is agile, secure, and prepared for scalable growth.
Since joining Midland in June 2025, he has played a central role in modernising the digital infrastructure and embedding IT solutions that align with broader business goals. His leadership bridges cutting-edge systems with a customer-first approach to drive efficiency, reduce friction, and elevate service delivery.
Previously, Mr. Maheshwari served as Chief Technology Officer at Kogta Financial (India) Ltd., where he was instrumental in building ERP systems, scalable platforms, and robust disaster recovery solutions. He began his career as a Web Developer and advanced into enterprise-level development with a specialisation in ASP.Net.

Ms. Parminderjit Kaur

Mrs. Parminderjit Kaur contributes as the Associate Vice President – Social Impact Product at Midland Microfin Limited, bringing over 12 years of experience in the microfinance industry. She holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a B.Com from Lyallpur Khalsa College. In her role, Mrs. Kaur oversees and manages social impact products, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals. She also serves as the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO), ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns and strengthening trust in the organization’s service standards. Her leadership, financial expertise, and strategic planning have significantly boosted the company’s financial performance and operational excellence. Mrs. Kaur excels in product portfolio management, team leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Known for her strong organizational and time-management skills, she also possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Mr. Amit Kumar Rathi is a seasoned audit professional with 19 years of experience in the microfinance sector. He has a notable background in functional audit and risk processes, having worked at Varthan Finance Pvt Ltd and other esteemed organizations such as Caspor Micro Credit, Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd, Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd, Capital Trust Ltd, and RBL Finance Ltd. Mr. Rathi is an expert in risk-based internal audit, fraud risk assessment, credit, sales review, and compliance. He brings a strong combination of leadership and hands-on experience, with significant expertise in loan portfolio audit methodology for microfinance and NBFC institutions. Currently, as the Associate Vice President of Internal Audit & Control at Midland Microfin Ltd, Mr. Rathi oversees the development and implementation of audit and risk strategies. He plays a crucial role in the prevention, detection, and investigation of potential fraud and other risks. His strong analytical abilities and adeptness in formulating and streamlining operational policies and procedures make him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Having worked at SKS Microfinance Ltd. and currently serving at Midland Microfin Ltd., he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. As the Deputy Business Head, He plays a pivotal role in managing Midland’s offices in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, operational management, leadership and team management, market analysis, and risk management. Mr. Dharam Singh Solanki, who holds an MBA degree, brings a notable 17 years of experience in the microfinance industry. He has previously worked with SKS Microfinance Ltd. and is currently a valuable member of Midland Microfin Ltd. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of the sector. As the Deputy Business Head, he is instrumental in overseeing Midland’s operations in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. His skill set includes various leadership and team development, strategic planning, business development, market analysis and operational oversight. His efforts are crucial in steering the company’s growth and ensuring its continued success.
MR. Nitish Garg
Senior Manager - Legal, Vigilance and Fraud Monitoring
With more than eight years of experience in financial compliance and legal risk management, Mr. Nitish Garg leads Midland’s Legal, Vigilance, and Fraud Monitoring Unit. He brings a strong legal foundation from his work with institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Prime and Bajaj Finserv, and holds an LLB from Delhi University.
In his current role, Mr. Garg oversees a broad scope of responsibilities including fraud detection, legal recovery, crisis handling, and policy enforcement. His leadership ensures Midland’s interests are protected and aligned with ethical governance practices.
